Groundwater Management
The City of Albert Lea carefully monitors impact to the groundwater from tanks that have leaked or from spills. Should a groundwater investigation be required, the City will assist the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, property owners, consultants, etc. in obtaining right-of-entry permits for the installation of monitoring wells, soil borings, or other site investigation involving City property.
