The City of Albert Lea is restoring the Freeborn Bank building and adjacent Jacobson Building in downtown Albert Lea. Restoration includes the exterior, roof, windows, and removal of asbestos related to this activity. The City will continue to review options for interior redevelopment and proposals from developers.
