Interested developers are encouraged to contact the
City Manager or City Planner to discuss their development vision and
concepts. Developers with a vision consistent with the community's will
be invited to discuss proposals and make presentations to a review team
consisting of members of the "Land Between the Lakes Action Team" and
City staff.
