Notice of Public Hearing
Subdivision Pro-Trucking Addition

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 54 of the Municipal Code, the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room, City Center, 221 E. Clark St., Albert Lea, Minnesota to consider the request of Pro-Trucking and ITC to subdivide an acreage parcel into two developable lots for industrial use in the I-2 Industrial District.
The property is located in the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 11, T102N – R21 in the City of Albert Lea and Albert Lea Township.  A portion of the site is currently being annexed into the City and will also be zoned I-2.
The site is generally located at the southwest corner of East Main St. and County Hwy 38 (State Park Rd) also known as 780th Avenue.  The subdivision will provide for the existing Pro-Trucking facilities and ITC, a new industry.
