RESOLUTION DIVIDING ASSESSMENTS IN
REVISED DESCRIPTION NO. 3072, PT LOT 2, BLK 1,
CHADWICK MARKETPLACE ADDITION

            WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to reapportion special assessments due on the below described property in Revised Description No. 3072, Lot 2, Blk 1, Chadwick Marketplace Addition, so that the assessments are levied appropriately against the parcels described as follows:

Lot 2, Block 2, Chadwick Marketplace Third Addition
(Parcel #34-422-0030) 3.83 Acres
($6,428.52)

Lot 1, Block 3, Chardwick Marketplace Third Addition
(Parcel #34-422-0040) 10.86 Acres
($18,228.13)
now, therefore

THE CITY OF ALBERT LEA RESOLVES:

            Sec. 1.       That the City Council finds no apparent reason to believe said reapportionment will impair collection of special assessments payable on the parcels involved.

            Sec. 2.       That a reapportionment of special assessments be and hereby is approved that reflect the redefinition of the parcels included in the petition.

            Sec. 3.       That the City Clerk is directed to provide such notice of reapportionment as may be required by law.

            Sec. 4.       That reading of this resolution is waived by Council consent.

            Sec. 5.       That publication of this resolution shall be dispensed with under provisions of Section 3.08 of the Charter of the City of Albert Lea.

That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Rasmussen, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilors Rasmussen, Baker, Marin, Olson, Severtson, Brooks and Mayor Erdman.

And the following voted against the same: None.
