RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADMINISTRATIVE SURVEY OF
LOTS OF RECORD – RODNEY ANDERSON

            WHEREAS, Chapter 54, Section 54-9 of the City Code (Subdivision Ordinance) allows for division and consolidation of lots of record, and

            WHEREAS, a legal description and survey was prepared by Jones, Haugh & Smith Inc. on July 26, 2007 for Rodney Anderson, and

            WHEREAS, this administrative survey of lots of record within the R-1 Single Family Residential District is consistent with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance for lots within the R-1 Single Family Residential District; now, therefore

THE CITY OF ALBERT LEA RESOLVES;

            Sec. 1.       That the Administrative Survey combining portions of Lots 10 and 12, Block 3, College Addition and dividing to create Tracts A and B is approved in accordance with the following descriptions:

Legal:  Lot 10 and Part of Lots 11 and 12, Block 3,
College Addition, Albert Lea, Minnesota
            Sec. 2.       That reading of this resolution is waived by council consent.

            Sec. 3.       That publication of this resolution shall be dispensed with under provisions of Sec. 3.08 of the Charter of the City of Albert Lea.

That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Baker, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilors Rasmussen, Baker, Marin, Olson, Severtson, Brooks and Mayor Erdman.

And the following voted against the same: None.
