RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADMINISTRATIVE SURVEY OF
LOTS OF RECORD – COLLINS AUTO REPAIR

            WHEREAS, Chapter 54, Section 54-9 of the City Code (Subdivision Ordinance) allows for division and consolidation of lots of record, and

            WHEREAS, a legal description and survey was prepared by Jones, Haugh & Smith, Inc. on July 27, 2007 for Collins Auto Repair, and

            WHEREAS, this administrative survey of lots of record within the I-2 Industrial District is consistent with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance for lots within the I-2 Industrial District; now, therefore

THE CITY OF ALBERT LEA RESOLVES;

            Sec. 1.       That the Administrative Survey combining Lots 7, 8, and 9, Old Mill Addition, into a single parcel is approved in accordance with the following descriptions:

Legal:  Lots 7, 8, and 9, Old Mill Addition,
Albert Lea, Freeborn County, Minnesota

            Sec. 2.       That reading of this resolution is waived by council consent.

            Sec. 3.       That publication of this resolution shall be dispensed with under provisions of Sec. 3.08 of the Charter of the City of Albert Lea.

That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Brooks, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilors Rasmussen, Baker, Marin, Olson, Severtson, Brooks and Mayor Erdman.

And the following voted against the same: None.
