A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING
PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION
- HAROLD’S BAR-

            WHEREAS, Harold’s Bar, is applying for a Premises Permit Application for lawful gaming activities at Harold’s Bar, 1318 East Main Street, Albert Lea, MN, and

            WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Gambling Control Division requires each City to pass a resolution specifically approving or denying an application to be submitted to the State of Minnesota; now, therefore

THE CITY OF ALBERT LEA RESOLVES:

            Sec. 1.       That the City of Albert Lea hereby approves the Lawful Gambling Premises Permit Application for Harold’s Bar to conduct lawful gambling at 1318 East Main Street, Albert Lea, MN.

            Sec. 2.       That reading of this resolution is waived by Council consent.

            Sec. 3.       That publication of this resolution shall be dispensed with under provisions of Section 3.08 of the Charter of the City of Albert Lea.

That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Marin, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilors Rasmussen, Baker, Marin, Olson, Severtson, Brooks and Mayor Erdman.

And the following voted against the same: None.
